Android 5.0 Updates for Sony Xperia Z series rolling out

Sony introduces Z series devices which are now selling successfully in the market and it is about a year of their success. Now even to make it better Sony has started issuing Android 5.0 lollipop updates for these devices. It is only last week when Sony rolled out Lollipop update for Sony Xperia Z2 and Z2 Tablet. Sony has also the intentions to update Xperia C3 and Xperia T2 Ultra smartphones and these two handsets will get the software update in coming week including the Xperia C3 Dual SIM.
Sony has scheduled the Android 5.0 updates for other Z series smartphones including Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia ZR and Xperia Tablet Z the software update in couple of weeks.
The new features of the software updates found in Sony devices are;


 

• Well maintained streamlined looks which is based on Google’s material design and Sony’s minimalistic approach to interface and application design.
  

•  All new notifications and lock screen interface with fully customizable settings.
  
• Multi user profiles and guest mode and by using this option the other members easily use the device.
  
• The other feature of the update is Android for Work for business-ready Xperia smartphones and tablets unique devices for work – with waterproof form factors, great battery life and productivity features – they will now also be part of the Android for Work ecosystem.
  
• Improved storage control for move applications from internal memory to SD card is another feature. It gives you more control over your content, particularly useful for devices with slightly less space.
